Apprenticeship Programs
To assist in furthering your career as a skilled electrician, Merit Electric Co., Inc., along with the IEC (Independent Electrical Contractors), can provide you with the opportunity to attend a national recognized apprenticeship program at our expense. This state certified program consists of (4) years of residential and commercial on the job and in the classroom apprenticeship training. In turn, this will provide you with the opportunity to attain your Journeyman's license and further your abilities as a skilled commercial or residential electrician.
